Capacitive Proximity Sensors
Capacitive proximity sensors are able to detect both non-metallic and metallic objects. The larger the dielectric constant of the object, the larger the sensing range of the sensor. Capacitive proximity sensors can be used in the following applications:

- presence control
- level control of bulk solids
- final inspection of packaging procedures
